In doing so, Techads adheres to all requirements set by the Personal Data Protection Act for the processing of personal data. ‍Westore and use only the personal data directly provided by you or of which it is clear at the time of provision that it is provided to us in order to use our services. ‍BigData
Techads obtains Big Data through international cooperation with so-called AdExchanges. Here Techads cooperates with parties such as Appnexus, Rubicon, Linkedin,Microsoft and many more. These parties collect only that data, which the end user has consented to be shared. This is in accordance with European privacy directives. Techads then collects this data and uses it for the campaigns. By using advanced algorithms, we can reach the right people very accurately. The filters used work per 1000 users. This way we do not have access to the exact data of individual users.

‍Securityof Personal Data
Techads uses strict security procedures, in part to prevent unauthorized access to personal data. To this end, we use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that protect all information exchanged between you and our website.

DPIA

We design our processing with attention to privacy optimizations. The AVG requires us to process personal data in compliance with principles such as privacy-by-default and privacy-by-design. Thus, we ensure that personal data is not collected or shared unnecessarily. This is even set up so that we do not have access to copies of data, but only use specified parties.

We conduct and provide a Data Protection Impact Assessment for campaigns in all segments. This ensures that we have sufficient knowledge of the processing for its risks, and can minimize risks. We also always advise our clients to go with the DPIA before starting a campaign.
